Following the efforts of the Ministry of Public Works and Transportation, temporary infrastructure was completed in Derinya and Aplıç border gates. The two border crossings were opened on November 12, 2018, and those using the checkpoints have noticed the insufficient infrastructure. The Ministry of Public Works and Transportation is pleased to announce that the tender for permanent infrastructure on both border crossings has been completed and construction began towards mid November 2018. The construction work is expected to be completed in two months and the result will be as shown in the artistic impressions.
