Instructors from all driving schools in Lefkoşa took part in a workshop today, organised as part of the Public Works and Transport Ministry’s “Traffic Reform and Education Project”.
More than 50 participants took part in the workshop, which started at 9.30. split into tables of 7, the participants discussed regulations that were approved by the Council of Ministers in May 2017, in the framework of EU accordance works. They also talked about problems in the sector and shared thoughts on possible solutions.
Participants discussed the “Driving Education Permission and Driving Licences Health Regulation”, the “Driving Schools and Instructors Criteria Regulation”, “Licence, Test and Driving Licence Examiners Method and Rules Regulation”, and the “Motor Vehicles and Road Traffic Regulation” at the workshop, which ran until 14.00.
