Works on the Second Phase of the Lefkoşa-Girne Dual Carriageway Maintenance Project is almost complete, while the 4.5km section will be opened to traffic tomorrow, November 30, 2018.
The second phase was closed to traffic when the works began on June 22, 2018, and is almost complete, leaving a few days’ work for installing rest of the guardrail and filling of the central and side refuge.
A lane will be closed or narrowed on the double lane road during the remaining works which is expected to be completed very shortly.
